OlyTV.es Free To Play game is a website that provides Participants promotional games related to real-life events. The promotional games are organized and conducted by Olybet Servies S.L, registration no. B13663653, address: PASEO DE LA CASTELLANA 90 – 1º, Madrid, Spain; e-mail address: spain@oc.eu (hereinafter abbreviated as Organizer).
Regarding the use of your personal data, feel free to consult the Privacy Notice found in the footer of the website, but in general, your email is used to contact you in case you are eligible for a prize, and if you consent, we shall use this email to send you direct marketing about OlyTV.es.
Promotional Games
The Promotional game has its own entry via QR code scanning. Scoring is visible by the end of the game on the main screen via Leaderboard. Prizes for winners are merchandise offered by the OlyTV.es team and prize winners may be contactedby email to notify them of the win.
Eligibility to participate in the promotion
To take part in the promotional games, a Participant needs to join the game environment via QR code shown on the screen of event.
Eligible Participants are who:
(i) Are at least 18 years old;
(ii) Provide an email address;
(iii) Consent to these Terms and Conditions.
No purchase or other payment is necessary to enter or to win.
Each Participant can take part in all the promotional games that are available in live event at OlyTV.es Fan zone area but is limited to 1 entry per promotional game.
In case a Participant is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the rules of a promotional game they will be disqualified from receiving any prizes.
Receiving the Winnings
Should a Participant win a prize through any promotional game, they will be notified by OlyTV.es team right after the game and will be able to choose merchandise items to receive as prize.
Employees of the Organizer, as well as employees of third parties who have access to the administrative part of the competition and the statistics of the results, are ineligible to receive any prizes.
Administrative matters
The Organizer reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the promotional games at any time, especially if technical or commercial conditions or some public cause require it. In such case the organizer will inform the contestants via announcements in the event (from the 24th of May till the 26th of May).
All Organizer’s decisions regarding the Free to Play game, including determining prize winners, are final and are not subject to any dispute whatsoever.
Only the laws of the Republic of Estonia are applicable to these Terms and Conditions, and all disputes are settled in the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
